Continuing our annual Umrah tradition, four colleagues have been selected through a draw, one from each of our four hotels: Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh and Baron Hotel Cairo.
This year, we are delighted to celebrate the four colleagues embarking on this special journey.
For Mahmoud Abdel Moniem, that journey with Baron began on 8 October 2015. Today, he helps make every stay comfortable as a Room Attendant at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. At Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Khaled Tharwat Mohamed, our Bars Manager, has been part of the Baron story since 1 September 2014.
Behind the scenes, Wael Abdallah Yasiin brings his experience to the Finance team as Assistant Financial Controller at Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh, where his journey began on 17 December 2005. And with more than three decades in the Baron family, Ahmed Hemdan Ahmed, Assistant Security Manager at Baron Hotel Cairo, has been with us since 3 May 1993.
They will undertake Umrah from 28 November to 7 December 2026, a journey of faith, reflection and renewal.
This initiative is an expression of gratitude for the people who contribute to Baron every day. Across our hotels, each contribution is valued, grounded in mutual respect and a shared sense of belonging.
As our colleagues prepare for this meaningful journey, we extend our warmest wishes for a peaceful and blessed Umrah.
