As a gesture of appreciation, they were honored with special recognition awards, reflecting the value Baron Hotels & Resorts places on loyalty, dedication, and long-term commitment.

Their resilience and passion remain an important foundation of our continued success, while reinforcing this strong sense of belonging at the heart of our people culture.

Chef Ahmed Ismail dedicated 16 years of service to Baron Hotels & Resorts, Chef Hussein Hassan 38 years, and Chef Mohamed Ismail 29 years — each leaving behind a remarkable legacy built on hard work, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
